Chemical
Engineering graduates Jason Scott, Derrick Oneal, and Mark
Wilson have won second place in the annual AIChE Student
Contest Problem, which is a national level competition
among chemical engineering seniors. Jason, Derrick, and
Mark were seniors in Dr. Frank Manning's capstone plant
design class in the Spring of 2003, and all three graduated
with degrees in chemical engineering in the May
graduation ceremonies at TU. The award ceremony will
be at the AIChE Annual Meeting in San Francisco in November,
2003. More details will be forthcoming.
