Dr. Christi Patton Receives University of Tulsa Outstanding Teacher Award


Dr. Patton received her award at Spring 2003 Graduation Ceremonies

Dr. Christi Patton, Applied Assistant Professor of Chemical Engineering, won the prestigious Outstanding Teacher Award for the University of Tulsa. The award was announced at the Spring 2003 Graduation ceremonies at the University of Tulsa.

Dr. Patton has now received all three of the most cherished teaching awards on campus and in the College of Engineering and Natural Sciences. In addition to the outstanding teacher award at the university, she has also been the recipient of the Kermit Brown Outstanding Teacher Award and the Tau Beta Pi Outstanding Teacher Award in the College of Engineering and Natural Sciences.

The Chemical Engineering Department at the University of Tulsa has strived to provide the highest quality teaching, and this award to Dr. Patton shows that the commitment to excellence has been recognized at the highest levels of the university.
